Strongest Dragon Ball Characters:Who is considered the strongest Dragon Ball character of all time?
Q: Who is considered the strongest Dragon Ball character of all time?
A: The strongest Dragon Ball character is widely debated, but Angels like the Grand Priest and Zeno, the Omni-King, are often cited as the absolute pinnacle. Zeno can erase entire universes with a thought, making him the most powerful being in the multiverse. Among mortal fighters, Goku, Vegeta, and Jiren have reached incredible heights, but they still fall short of divine entities. However, in terms of raw combat potential shown in the main series, Ultra Instinct Goku and Beerus, the God of Destruction, are frequently mentioned as top contenders, though Zeno remains unrivaled.
Q: How does Goku compare to the strongest Dragon Ball characters?
A: Goku is one of the strongest mortals, achieving Ultra Instinct and fighting foes like Jiren and Broly. However, he is not the absolute strongest. Angels such as Whis and the Grand Priest far outclass him, and Gods of Destruction like Beerus still surpass him. Even after mastering Ultra Instinct, Goku struggles against the Grand Priest's power. Zeno can erase him effortlessly. So while Goku is a top-tier fighter, he ranks below divine beings. His constant growth suggests he may one day close the gap, but currently, he is not the strongest.
Q: Is Jiren stronger than Goku in Dragon Ball Super?
A: In the Tournament of Power, Jiren was initially stronger than Goku's completed Ultra Instinct Sign, but when Goku mastered Ultra Instinct, he surpassed Jiren. However, Jiren's full power was still immense, and he fought evenly with Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku until Goku's stamina ran out. Ultimately, Goku needed help from Frieza and Android 17 to defeat Jiren. So in a one-on-one, Jiren might still edge out due to stamina, but at peak, Goku's Ultra Instinct was superior. The rivalry remains close, with both pushing each other to new heights.
Q: Can Vegeta become the strongest Dragon Ball character?
A: Vegeta has come close, especially with his Ultra Ego form in the manga, which allows him to grow stronger as he takes damage. However, he still lags behind Goku's Ultra Instinct in terms of efficiency and speed. Against gods like Beerus, Vegeta remains outmatched. While his determination and new transformations are impressive, the Angels and Zeno are on a completely different level. Vegeta's potential is vast, but becoming the absolute strongest would require surpassing divine beings, which currently seems unlikely. He remains a top-tier mortal but not the strongest overall.
Q: Who would win in a fight between Beerus and Goku?
A: Beerus, the God of Destruction, would likely win against Goku. Even with Ultra Instinct, Goku has not fully mastered it, and Beerus has millennia of experience and power. In Dragon Ball Super, Beerus easily defeated Super Saiyan God Goku, and their rematch showed Beerus still holding back. While Goku's Ultra Instinct closed the gap, Beerus's full power remains a mystery, but he is implied to be far stronger. The manga suggests Beerus is still superior to Goku and Vegeta. So unless Goku achieves a new form, Beerus remains the victor.
Dialogue about
Common scenarios of "Strongest Dragon Ball Characters"
【Goku】 Hey Vegeta, have you ever wondered who the strongest Dragon Ball character of all time is?
【Vegeta】 Hmph, it's obviously me, Kakarot. I am the Prince of all Saiyans!
【Goku】 But what about Whis? He's always so calm and powerful.
【Vegeta】 Whis is an angel, a being of another realm. He doesn't count.
【Goku】 What about Grand Priest? He's the strongest angel, right?
【Vegeta】 The Grand Priest is indeed formidable, but he serves Zeno. So Zeno is above him.
【Goku】 Zeno! The Omni-King! He can erase entire universes with a thought.
【Vegeta】 Yes, but is he a fighter? He doesn't battle; he just erases. Strength isn't just about power, it's about combat ability.
【Goku】 That's true. But if we're talking about pure power, Zeno is at the top.
【Vegeta】 If we're talking pure power, then maybe. But I prefer to measure strength by fighting spirit and skill.
【Goku】 Then how about Jiren? He was stronger than both of us in the Tournament of Power.
【Vegeta】 Jiren was tough, but we surpassed him. And there's Broly, who might be even stronger.
【Goku】 Broly's power is incredible, but he lacks control. What about Gogeta or Vegito? Our fusions?
【Vegeta】 Fusions are temporary, but they are indeed among the strongest. Still, I wouldn't count them as separate characters.
【Goku】 Then who do you think is the strongest non-fusion, non-deity character?
【Vegeta】 That would be us, Kakarot. After mastering Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, we are at the top.
【Goku】 But there's also Frieza. He's been training and might have a new form.
【Vegeta】 Frieza is a menace, but he's still below us. We've beaten him before.
【Goku】 What about the Gods of Destruction? Beerus, Champa, and the others?
【Vegeta】 The Gods of Destruction are powerful, but they are not the absolute strongest. Zeno and the angels are above them. But among mortals, we are the strongest, and that's what matters.
